Excellent food, excellent service! My Chicken Chimichango was beautifully presented as a " pretty pocket" instead of your typical fried tortilla or burrito. The food had wonderful flavor to it. The Margarita was the best I've had in a long time!
We came here on a whim after talking about tacos. Needless to say we didn't get tacos because the food coming out looked amazing. The waitress was fabulous and able to make wonderful recommendations. I have a gluten allergy and she was able to substitute the flour shells for corn. The margarita was perfect and not sweet. Everything was very fresh. Everyone was also very friendly. The staff continued to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
Food is absolutely delicious and a must try spot. Perfect for date night or taking the family out!!!! Fast ! Great tasting food! Nice people! And the best environment in town! Our waiter Francisco was very attentive and polite, as well as accommodating us for our first visit here. Ask for him forsure!
We are so excited to have discovered Frida’s Cantina—what a gem! The food was absolutely delicious—so good, we started digging in before we could even snap more photos (oops, lol!). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was quick and friendly, and the vibrant decor adds such a fun atmosphere. We love supporting this new local spot. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in a lively setting, definitely check them out. We’ll absolutely be back!
Visited 2:30p on a Sunday. They greeted and sat us immediately. Even with 2 large parties already sat, they were every attentive. Asked if we wanted more chips and salsa before it was empty. A bit of a wait for the food (based on typical Mexican restaurants) but, again 2 large parties, it clearly is freshly made! I can't speak highly enough about the shredded beef Chimi. Made with a pastry instead of tortilla. My husband is rarely full from his meal alone but not with this giant shredded beef burrito. We've been on a hunt for replacement Mexican go to place after the one near us quality went down hill. We will be making the 40 min trip for this food for sure! Tip: ladies, bring a light jacket, it's chilly.
Had lunch with my friends yesterday ! Our 1st time here we loved it ! The staff was great, the food and atmosphere ! I ordered the stuffed burrito it was amazing ! Also chips and salsa amazing . Most ladies ordered salads with grilled chicken all very happy !
This place is absolutely amazing. I usually love Pueblo Viejo and casa. I gotta say this is definitely one of my top places in town. Great service they are friendly, amazing food, Margaritas are a 10 not just sour mix, and this restaurant is very clean. Definitely a nice spot to stop after work to wind down. Or hey,a beautiful place to take a date!!
I haven’t tried everything on the menu, but the asada tacos, deluxe nachos, and chimichanga were all delicious. The atmosphere is super cute, and the service is always fun and friendly. David is our favorite bartender—he always brings great energy and makes every visit a good time.
